No I haven't. I wasn't sure what people made of stuff like this. I just made the spirals like a sort of transient and egalitarian art that you just stumble across when walking out in the countryside.
i think its really great that you leave them there for people to find , it would be the highlight of my day to stumble onto something like that. i agree it is very zen to leave it there for the passers by to unravel the significance of. i think that a book like this would sell really well i have seen quite a few books in book stories that are photos series on various themas. a professor at my collage just published a book of photos on skulls he made and photographed made from a plethora of objects . and i think spirals pull people to them more then skulls. also think how cool it would be for someone who randomly saw one of your spirals to then find out that what they had seen was part of an ongoing art project ,it would make me fell pretty special i know that
That's a great idea. I would love to find art like this that other people had made and then just left to be discovered. Spread the word get everyone to make some art like this. Where ever you stop have a look around and see what simple objects you can find and then rearrange them into something beautiful and put a smile on someones face.
